▪ Deployment follow-up, Commissioning, Integration of 2G,3G,4G Sites, Swap of 3000 Sites in SRAN of the operator ORANGE CI, follow-up of curative maintenance (Troubleshooting of degraded cells RTWP & VSWR, low HSDPA issues, HSUP on NodeBs & eNodeB ▪ HSE Operations (ensure daily compliance with safety rules in the Field), Monitoring of Operations, Detection of missing materials and the quality of installation, (Application used: TalonView), Technical Support provided to the Subco in remote ▪ Upgrade Capacity in Tranmission (MSS Swap in Wavence; HC, MC, HQAM Radios Swap in UBT (T, S, M)), Software Upgrade in Transmission (Release 21A)

▪ Managing the teams to get the targets achieve in given time (+ 600 Sites swapped ALCATEL to NOKIA, + 400 New Sites NOKIA built at Lomé, Kara and around), Preparing & Maintaining the Tracking Sheets & Data ▪ Training on Nokia BSS product to customer (TOGOCEL) & Subcon ▪ Mobilization of Teams, Generation of SMRs (Site Material Requests), Cell Expansion tracking, Equipment detail Sheet, Weekly & daily progress reports. ▪ Close coordination with NPO & Performance teams for the KPI improvement, acting efficiently on trouble tickets & support customers for clearing the alarms
