I had the opportunity to work with Lucis both in France & in the U.S. during Y Combinator (Spring 25 batch), supporting the team through an intensive 3-month acceleration program. My role spanned data, product, and growth, contributing directly to business performance and scalability: Data & Reporting: built daily dashboards (financial, operational, product, and growth) to provide actionable insights for the team and investors. Product & Content: improved the Lucis web app through QA, copywriting, and content generation in collaboration with the medical team, leveraging prompt engineering to scale medical knowledge. Growth & Communication: strategically planned, wrote, and automated customer communications; set up trackers and automated flows; managed client calls and support to strengthen engagement. Conversion Optimization: designed and tested strategies to improve customer conversion rates. Automation & Scalability: developed internal tools and automated workflows (customer relations, outbound, product content generation) to boost team efficiency and streamline operations. YC Acceleration: supported the team in the U.S. during Y Combinator, contributing to product iterations, growth experiments, and investor-ready reporting in a high-stakes environment.
