As a Business Partner at Evidencia Business Academy in Algeria, my responsibilities encompass the following key areas: Strategic Support: Collaborate with executives to design and implement innovative strategies in training and management. Identify the needs of partner companies and provide tailored solutions to address their strategic challenges. Training and Facilitation: Design and deliver training programs for executives and managers, focusing on advanced practices in modern management. Monitor and evaluate participants to ensure impactful learning outcomes. Developing partner offers: I create and implement new, attractive offers to strengthen the relationship between the club and its sponsors. Building the partner network: I manage prospecting, negotiation, and partner loyalty to ensure the club's growth and sustainability. Mental coaching for the team: I support the players with stress management, motivation, and communication to help them perform at their best on the court. It's an exciting adventure where strategy meets sports! 💼 + 🏀

I oversee and coordinate the entire program engineering. My main responsibilities include organizing immersions and training days, managing the program schedule, monitoring to ensure smooth operations, and establishing effective communication with business managers. I also optimally use project management tools to ensure a smooth and efficient process. A significant part of my role takes place on the sites of the two incubators, Innovact and Rimbaudtech. My role also includes facilitating training days as planned in the current program, while providing support to project holders in parallel with the training sessions. This role is adaptable depending on the future evolution of the program. Finally, I am responsible for preparing the Commitment Committee, which includes reviewing the expected deliverables and evaluating the projects at the end of the program, in collaboration with the incubator teams.

I am a sports coach at the Entente Family Stade de Reims Athlétisme. I support athletes who specialize in sprinting. My responsibilities include setting up the equipment, leading strength training and general physical preparation (PPG) sessions. I also manage the monthly programming of these sessions.

I contribute to the commercial strategy by innovating and defining new offers, closer to the needs of our clients. For this, I use growth hacking methods for prospecting 🚀. Grand E-Nov is change management consultants and advisors. I had a commercial function. I had to find new contract partners, subscribers or sponsors to the events we hosted. I created new leads. I followed up the contracts. I developed the Agency profile in the Region by making speeches and being present at meetings. I met with public representatives and senior civil servants.

I was in charge of the day to day running of the organisation. I prepared the merger of the agency. Three agencies were brought in one. We had to reconfigure and harmonize the new structure to ensure fair treatment between employees. The merger was successfully completed in 2018.

I promoted economic development by supporting local companies and high schools.

I lectured part-time on the Master's degree in the computing department.

I also participated with Walloon and Champagne partners in the cross-border cooperation project "C2A" (Connect to All) on innovative uses of ICT in transport and logistics 🚛🌍. As a software development engineer, I design sales scenarios for wooden joinery products based on the specifications provided by our clients 📋🌳. I ensure the technical compliance of the client's commercial request, putting a premium on precision and quality 💼💡. I'm also responsible for updating factory scenarios with new products and maintaining commercial scenarios for aluminium joinery and roller shutters 🔄🔧. I control the information flow between commercial management and production, notably by integrating orders and generating the necessary technical data 📊🔁.
