I led a team of designers to create digital solutions focused on improving customer experiences across different platforms. I took charge of the experience design strategy for luxury brand clients, helping to create exceptional and immersive digital experiences. I led a creative team in developing innovative, user-focused solutions that met the high standards expected in luxury branding. I worked closely with creative directors, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure that our designs were in line with brand identities and business goals. By incorporating user feedback and market research into our design process, I helped improve the customer journey across digital platforms. I also mentored the design team, encouraging them to push the limits of what’s possible in luxury digital experiences.

I designed and implemented new user flows for services that are essential to the daily work of La Poste store employees. My main focus was on making the tools they use more user-friendly and efficient, especially for sending parcels. I worked closely with different teams to make sure the new designs were simple, easy to use, and fit well with La Poste's service goals, which helped improve both the customer experience and the overall efficiency of operations.

I worked as a UX Designer for well-known clients like OECD, AXA, LCL, Engie, and RATP. I focused on creating user experiences and helping to build design systems that were customized to each client's needs. I worked closely with stakeholders to make sure our designs were visually consistent, easy to use, and centered around the user, improving the overall digital experience. My contributions helped develop cohesive and scalable design systems that supported the long-term digital strategies of these top organizations.
