I have the pleasure of teaching Information Systems to future Supply Chain and Logistics professionals. Many projects and ambitions are on their way.

I lead the vision and growth of MyExobrain, an AI-powered decision Agents acting as a digital co-pilot for supply chain leaders. From concept to SaaS adoption, I drive strategy, product innovation, and client engagements across industries (FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, manufacturing, logistics). My focus: turning operational risks into data-driven actions, building partnerships, and scaling impact globally.

As a guest lecturer in the Masters of Supply Chain Management program, I designed and delivered a course on the future of supply chain digitalization with a focus on decision intelligence, data-driven decision making and how AI becomes an enabler of high performing supply chain. Through engaging lectures and hands-on assignments, I equipped students with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and innovate in the fast-changing supply chain industry.

As a visiting lecturer at ECEMA, I was responsible for teaching a module on digitalization for procurement in the Master 2 Supply Chain Management program. In this role, I drew on my deep expertise in procurement and digital transformation to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the rapidly changing field of supply chain management.

I managed the implementation of SAP S4HANA for a discrete manufacturing client, with a focus on two key domains: upstream and downstream logistics. In this role, I oversaw a team of 6 consultants and managed relationships with 4 customer stakeholders. By achieving end-to-end traceability of physical flows, we were able to improve visibility and reduce inventory levels, resulting in significant cost savings for the client.

As the lead for an essential roll-out project across Europe and Asia for a pharmaceutical client, I led a team of 15 members responsible for managing all domains of the SAP ECC data, including Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Finance. The project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in successful Go Live. Through process optimization, we were able to achieve significant cost savings in Customer Services and Operations.

I was working in the group SAP APO competency centre as a junior consultant. I took part in the design of the Demand Planning group core model under SAP APO-DP. After customizing, testing and validating the solution, I have been asked to deploy it across 3 European subsidiaries: - Austria - deployment assistant. - Slovakia - deployment leader - one of the leaders of the Slovakian market in milk transformation (2 plants). - Czech Republic - deployment leader - the leader of the Czech market in milk transformation (3 plants). As a part of my responsibilities, I had to provide functional support to the SAP APO users on DP, SNP and PP/DS (50 users in Europe).
