• Support operational managers to achieve the sales and profitability targets by producing : statistical reports, P&L analysis, , sales analysis… and by monitoring sales budget • Pricing and promotions analysis and recommendation through profitability simulator based on price list, COGS variation and profitability target by channel, range and SKU’s ( 400 sku’s) • Implementation and reporting of KPI performance indicators via dashboards at local and regional level (MEA and HQ GmbH) • Animation of weekly and monthly meetings and preparation of reports and presentation materials for management and the board. • Forecasting: Elaboration of sales estimates forecasts via monitoring and correction tools (working with supply chain and sales) •Order création/ Entry in SAP •Input and correction of monthly promotions and discounts in SAP by product range and distribution channel •Input and generate the necessary elements for delivery and invoicing in SAP •Negociation of prices and general terms of sale • Coordination of internal projects (between business and IT) : requirements gathering, drafting of specifications ,data flow modeling, testing, user training, implementation and project progress reporting • ERP setup and configuration: SAP (SD, MM)and EBS

Contact suppliers (mainly German) to ensure the availability of stock, confirm orders, check the compatibility of parts, managing customer records, establish quotations and invoices, mailing and reporting.

Front desk customers services, consulting, monitoring the evolution of turnover, conducting inventories of stock, coordinating between the customer, delivery and deposit in order to meet delivery deadlines. Responsible for cash and bank deposits of receipts.
