FinOps & Cost Optimization: Collaborated with analysts and engineers to develop a FinOps strategy, optimizing infrastructure costs for financial efficiency and maximizing returns. Utilized custom-built dashboards to monitor cloud spending closely, set budgets, and introduced proactive alerts for usage control. Empowered teams to take ownership of cloud resources by implementing quota management, budget tracking, and consumption alerts.
