Client Projects: - Assisting our clients in complying with Law 09-08 and GDPR, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. - Assisting our clients in the implementation of the business continuity management system according to the ISO 22301 standard. - Supporting our clients in the PCI DSS certification Process - Supporting our clients in the Data Classification Process Internally: -Keep up to date the LMPS Integrated Management System -Review of non-conformities and follow-up of actions -Review of procedures and processes (SMQ / SMSI) -Collection of process indicators -Monitoring of high or intermediate risks

Compliance: maintain compliance requirements (Clients, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 , Group and internal requirements). Risk management: define risk management process, organize risk review related activities, maintain risk repository, monitor risk treatment status according to the risk treatment plan, propose new internal compliance requirement derived from risk treatment. Coordinate with TLSContact sites worldwide to complete Compliance cycle tasks such as yearly Compliance Risk Assessments, Anticorruption related tasks.... Data Privacy: Identification of new data privacy laws ww, identification of new requirements and document preparation to ensure compliance (e.g. GDPR, ZZPL, NDPR) Support regional security and compliance analysts on local implementation of security and compliance requirements Responsible for the Worldwide implementation of the Quality Management System based on the Standard ISO 9001 2015. Assistance with the first installation of the QMS according to ISO 9001 2015 in Russia. Assist the ISO 9001 2015 certification of our centers in Russia Ensure the Quality Management System established in Russia is properly maintained and continual improved for sustaining the ISO 9001 Certificate Documentation review and update, Internal Audit, KPI monitoring, Management Review, External Audit, improvement projects, etc.) Map the client contractual requirements and Identify the gaps between client contractual requirements and the company real implementation

Participate in the ISO 9001 V2015 Transition (Management Review, Process Portal Publication, Transition Element Review) Participation in the RGDP compliance project. Model the Management, Operations and Support processes on the MEGA software Animation of validation workshops of processes and procedures. Review existing processes and procedures and update them based on CMMI approch Identify and track key process indicators. Accompany to the implementation of ISO 27001 Develop and Improve processes Perform quality assessments and audits Carry out supplier evaluations Follow Action Plans and ensure their relevance Identify and solve problems Effective participation in the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan. Effective participation in the implementation of the quality management system within the company and participation in the audit of ISO 9001 2008. + Provision of top-quality technical support and advice for major customers with regard to implementations, adjustments, use and optimization of our PLM applications (Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, FlexPLM, etc.), integrated into CAD applications from PTC (Creo suite: Pro / ENGINEER, Productview, etc.) or our competitors (CATIA, Solidworks, etc.) + Use of technical and industry-specific IT knowledge to provide extended support activities (on-site visits, proactive customer assignments, etc.) + Troubleshooting and troubleshooting problems and, if possible, creating workarounds in close cooperation with our R&D department. + Provision of our ITIL-based services, with the aim of continuous quality improvement (ISO 9001/2000)
