Within the industrialization team at ITGP IRB (International Retail Banking), which is responsible for several multi sites and extreme availability applications: CI/CD Kubernetes applications: • Optimization and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to speed up development cycles. • Deployment of K8S applications via CI/CD on private Cloud IBM (Prod and Preprod) • Helm charters management. • Maintaining Optimal environment condition. • Implementation of monitoring via SYSDIG Industrialization/ Automation/ Sysops: • Management of different GITs. • Migration of operation/deployment projects from Ansible Servers to Tower. • Tower rights management. • Implementation and promotion of best DEVOPS practices. • Automation of System administration and infrastructure management tasks (Ansible, Scripting ...) • Study of the downsizing of the application. • Establishment of Dashboard DyantRace and Synthetic scenarios. • Updates management, safety patches, and systems version climbing. • Technological survey of new Cloud and CI/CD solutions. MCO: • Drafting and validation of installation and operating documents. • Participation/ Troubleshooting of deployments • Analysis and treatment of level 3 MCO incidents and changes. • Maintaining platforms in operational condition.

Within an L3 Unix system experts team, we are in charge of more than 50 000 OS instance ( Redhat, Solaris) in a very critical and multi technological environment : • Business travel to Bangalore, India for the disaster recovery: - L2 / L3 Training and tutoring. - Participation in meetings. - Studies of the different scenarios. - Impact and criticality analysis. - Wave orchestration of the Disaster Recovery. - Coordination between the different teams. - Orchestration and decision making on D-day • Analysis and resolution of level 3 incidents. • Follow up and resolution of recurrent problems. • Follow up of service requests and changes. • Performance Analysis. • Tuning system. • Deployment and update of new services. • Automation of server installation/migrations. • Creation/Gestion of clusters. • Participation to Infraday (week-end) and disaster recoveries. • Tickets creation and follow up of 3rd parties (IBM, Oracle, HP, Redhat …) • Participation to the cloud migrations. • Technological watch of new solutions and technologies. • Network setting up (DNS, Routing, Interfaces …). • Creation of operating procedures and improvement of existing documentation and wiki. • Preparation and animation of team meetings. • Agility and DevOPS Orientation.

Within the Openwave Moblity entity, my main mission as system/support/responsible of the WISP platform (new project : migration from Nokia to Openwave) ,is to maintain an optimal behavior of the OWM solution for Orange in site: • Monitoring and maintenance of the platform (system / network / application) • Optimization and industrialization of recurring tasks via scripts (shell, python) • Operation and maintenance of the service platform systems infrastructure • N3 support for incident handling • Administration of existing patches and creation of new ones. • Network settings (routing, interface, DNS, ..). • Support to internal entities (investigations, expertise for Orange and Openwave). • Participation in the improvement / optimization of the application administration. • Follow-up on the progress of resolutions / investigations of incidents with partners (Optnet, IBM, Allot ....). • Non regression Tests. • Validation Tests of the platform ( ipv6, radius, PCCA ,healthcheck, network …). • Creation of operating procedures and improvement of existing documentation.. • Preparation and animation of team meetings. • Training and Mentoring an Administrators team about the WISP.

The processing of transactions by Ingenico (www.ingenico.com) consists of several software solutions (owner or third party) operating within a broader IT infrastructure at Ingenico FRANCE: • Supervision and analysis of application performance (AXIS), networks (GPRS, VPN, Routing ...) and system. • Administration and management of production functional data. • Replication of customer problems, locating source code defects, analyzing solutions and fixing bugs in a Unix / Linux environment. • Support to regional level 2 support engineers to identify customer issues. • 24/7 shifts • Daily follow up of incidents. • Monitoring the progress of incidents resolutions / investigations with other teams. • Automation of repetitive tasks via Scripting (Shell and Python). • Automation of the supervision. • Analysis of logs and performances. • Database data management. • Eradication of persistent incidents by conceiving action plans • Creation/up-dates/Validation of technical documents
