- Designed hierarchical GenAI workflows (guardrails, validation, classification, extraction) with python and orchestrated through SQL pipelines and Gemini‑based LLM services. - Built structured prompting templates (roles, chain-of-thought, constraints, SQL‑based examples) to improve LLM consistency and controllability. - Developed LLM‑powered extraction pipelines using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and rule‑driven prompt engineering, reducing data entry errors to only 2% and manual validation workload by 70%. - Implemented logging, traceability, and monitoring mechanisms to support debugging and operational visibility across the AI pipeline. - Cooperated with international teams, technical and non-technical, to define and structure functional requirements.

My graduation project was supported by the chair companies 𝗟'𝗢𝗿𝗲́𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁-𝗚𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗶𝗻.. We focused on developing a novel approach for sustainable supply chain network design using stochastic methods combined with the latest artificial intelligence techniques that any company can adopt. - Developed CO2-cost stochastic optimization models under demand uncertainty, and forecasting pipelines using Python & PyTorch to support sustainable logistics decisions. - Applied K-Means clustering to segment demand into 4 operational categories. - Developed a Time Series Transformer in PyTorch achieving MAE = 1500 for forecasting.

The goal of the internship was to develop zero-coupon yield curve. - The dataset was scrapped using Selenium to automate the process and to obtain a daily data - I learned the different models : Vaiscek, CIR, Nelson-Siegel and its extensions in order to choose the most suitable one for an illiquid market - I applied the Nelson-Siegel model and developed from scratch L-BFGS as an optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal parameters - The model makes an error with 0.00014% compared to the true yield-to-maturity (expressed in percentage).
