Senior Functional Analyst / Product Owner – Extia at Adeo Services Within the DP4P domain, functional ownership of two strategic serverless products for the Bricoman and Leroy Merlin brands (6 countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Romania). Products tightly integrated with the PIM (Product Information Management) and an AI module (Universal Sentence Encoder) for product categorization and product-model convergence. Functional Analysis & Design ▪Analysis of business needs and service requests: feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project time estimates ▪Functional design after pre-study: functional and non-functional requirements, functional specifications, API/data flow analysis (REST, JSON) ▪Recommendation and implementation of system enhancements; definition of new program requirements to support specific business needs ▪Support for changes and enhancements from development through production (system upgrades, incident analysis, problem resolution) Product Vision & Strategy ▪Definition of the product vision, strategic objectives, and KPIs using an empirical, data-driven approach ▪Construction of product roadmaps in coordination with Product Managers and business stakeholders ▪Translation of business challenges into functional and operational requirements; impact-driven prioritization decisions Leadership & Team Management ▪Facilitation and management of the development team using Scrum (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) ▪Coordination of a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders (10+ stakeholders, multinational context) ▪Key-user training and change management with business teams Delivery & Quality ▪Backlog administration: feature breakdown, MVP definition, user story writing ▪Responsible for coordinating E2E testing and user acceptance; production deployment planning ▪Product run monitoring, ROI measurement of released features, release management Continuous Improvement & Data ▪Collection and analysis of user feedback to drive continuous improvement ▪Promotion of product outputs across other Domains and Platforms ▪Contribution to the optimization of internal processes and team communication Stack & Tools February 2026: ITIL 4 certification training in progress Agile: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Xray, Tangram | Service management & monitoring: ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Datadog, Google Data Studio | Data & APIs: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore, BigQuery, REST APIs, JSON, UML modeling | Cloud: GCP, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, GitHub | Dev: Node.js, TypeScript, Vue 2/3, Python | Mirakl | Postman, Bruno, Conduktor
