As Program Manager for the Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) migration, I lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-native transformation initiatives following the successful migration of the Siebel CRM application to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). My role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring seamless deployment of containerized workloads on OKE. I oversee risk management, compliance, and performance optimization while aligning technical execution with business goals to enable scalable, secure, and resilient cloud operations.

Leading Cloud Migration of Siebel/CRM applications for a Belgian Telecom company. The aim of the program is to enhance Business Processes, Business Model, and Customer Experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management: Define migration strategy aligned with business goals; engage stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors; manage communication and expectations. Governance & Oversight: Establish governance structure, conduct Steerco meetings, track KPIs, and ensure architectural and security compliance. Technical & Delivery Management: Coordinate OCI environment setup, supervise data and application migration, and ensure successful cutover with minimal downtime. Risk & Change Control: Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope and budget changes, and ensure business continuity during and after migration. Post-Migration Operations: Set up Hypercare and maintenance teams, monitor system health, optimize cloud costs, and manage service support structure.

Worked as a Program Manager for Legacy Application Re-architecture program as a part of customer’s digital transformation initiative to transform the Mail & Parcels business, with IT experience of 17 + years.

Worked as a Delivery Manager of Cloud Migration program as a part of Digital transformation initiative with the objective of decommissioning the Corporate Data Center. Close to 35 Java Enterprise applications from the on-premise to AWS Cloud for an European postal organization. Apart from this, I have also delivered big programs like developing Real Time Data Platform, Agile Transformation, setting up Helpdesk program etc.

Set up Global Library with Standard objects (Validation/ Derivation Procedures, DCM/DCIs and Layout etc). Develop and validate edit check rules and other programs (e.g. listings) as required. Troubleshoot CDMS errors. Create and test CDMS set up for new studies. Involved in preparation of Validation Procedure Document. Programming and testing of automated edit checks for new studies. Create annotated CRFs. Data Analysis: Database quality metrics, post production change metrics, Go-live metrics etc. Creating dashboards based on different metrics. RFP Designing: Design and prepare proposals for new business. SOP development, Process designing and improvement, workflow designing for the new project.
