Worked as an external consultant on a project with Kiloutou and EDHEC Business School. • Assessed the customer journey of Kiloutou against its competitors worldwide deriving key success factors, positioning them on a rental journey and purchasing journey matrix • Conducted ghost shopping both online and offline as well as interviewed Kiloutou’s clients and its staffs to identify pain points and business needs • Innovated and digitalized Kiloutou’s customer journey by proposing recommendations and prototypes for the website and mobile versions using IoTs technologies and new innovations, leading to the implementation of at least two proposed prototypes in the Kiloutou Group

• Led a four-person G.O. team taking care of a group of children aged from 4 to 7 years old and was a guest staying in Club Med and joining Mini Club daily activities; well teamwork resulted in having an average number of children 37 children per day. • Teamed up all Mini Club G.O. to organize daily activities and special events during the holiday for both children and parents which led to impressive and memorable Club Med Phuket performances especially during Christmas and New Year’s day.

• Monitored and tracked delivery of 4 main consumers to make daily reports for consumers, to follow up delayed sending, and to inform account executive updated delivery status; constantly checking resulted in a fewer loss of packages and wrong delivery during transportation. • Assisted account executive billing new delivery. • Had two-day training how custom service proceed and how to manage logistics process after arrival of international delivery at Suvannaphummi airport, Thailand.
