Involved in both the preparation and follow-up of international development and engineering projects, combining coordination tasks with technical support. -Prepared proposals for calls for expressions of interest from international donors: identified relevant experts, gathered project references, connected with international partners, and finalized proposal documents. -Supported ongoing projects by coordinating communication between experts and maintaining contact with partners. -Contributed to the preliminary design phase of a sugarcane processing plant: prepared the design basis, performed mass and energy balances, developed process flow diagrams (PFD), listed equipment, and created layout and general arrangement plans.

The research focused on developing an integrated green chemistry process for the extraction and fractionation of plant-based proteins from camelina seeds. This work aims to address key challenges in diversifying protein sources for human nutrition in the context of global environmental constraints. Key tasks and contributions: -Developed and optimized an aqueous extraction and concentration method for different types of plant proteins. -Applied high-pressure homogenization as part of an integrated processing approach. -Conducted isoelectric point analysis of the resulting phases using a zeta potential analyzer. -Collaborated with the Coordination Chemistry Laboratory (LCC) for elemental analysis of the samples.
