I joined IXDS, a design & innovation agency (today PwC Expereince Center) as Design & Strategy Lead and co-entrepreneur in the Connected Living Venture. I collaborated with C-level clients to answer diverse design & business transformation challenges. I designed new business acquisition strategies, created and led agile processes combining multidisciplinary teams of experts, defined user research activities, facilitated ideation formats, conceptualized user experiences, led the prototyping and testing of new product/service ecosystems until final MVPs, and advised top executives with strategic recommendations. I also had fun creating new design approaches and methodologies.

I co-created the diffferent XD labs, a multidisciplinary team focusing on experience design and human-centered innovation. I joined diffferent labs, a start-up acting as a Marketing Innovation Lab – Mix of consulting firm, think tank and ideation lab. We identified design, marketing, and business opportunities based on mega-trends, consumer-trends, and market trends research. Since April 2013, diffferent labs officially merged with the diffferent strategyagentur and transformed into the XD labs.

S.point Design is a Chinese leading industrial design and innovation firm. Their expertise lies in strategic design consulting, following a user-centered design approach. I was part of the strategic design team and participate in many projects for different brands such as Colgate, SC Jonhson, Siemens, Martini. I took part in all phases such as the understanding phase (on field research, factory visits, secondary research, insights analysis, opportunity mapping...), the ideation phase (several co-creation workshop with clients and users, product design and concept development, prototyping), and several iteration phases (test with users, tech & quality optimization with engineers and R&D department...) in order to match user needs, technology feasibility and business objectives.

XL PLUS DESIGN was a Chinese Design Agency in Shanghai. The agency's Shanghai office has been acquired by designaffairs GmbH, which has since become a part of Accenture. - Designed electronic devices for both Asian and European markets. - Collaborated closely with engineers and producers during the design process and conducted visits to production factories.
