- Leading a team of developers, designers and analysts to create an efficient work platform for TF1 journalists & editors - Setting the vision, roadmap and the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) for the product with the goal of creating the "Google of Journalism" by bringing together everything a TF1 journalist or editor needs to build their stories - Collaborating closely with the stakeholders in the technical and information departments to achieve goals - Conducting a discovery phase with 2 designers and all departments working in information to build JT (Television News) - Utilizing artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the capabilities of the Product

- Leading a team of 5 people across different entities of the Bouygues group to launch and develop Kizouna, a co-working space project within a 15-minute radius of telecommuters' homes - Defining the launch and development strategy of Kizouna - Establishing partnerships with companies and organizations to develop co-working spaces - Searching for spaces that meet the project's criteria and negotiating rental agreements - Managing budgets and tracking performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the project - Using design thinking techniques to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions - Mentoring and motivating the team to efficiently and collaboratively achieve the project's objectives

- Defining a new strategy to deploy Lifen solution according to the different targets; - Pre-sales : analysing the users demands, defining the scope and strategy of deployment for the solution- including requirements definition, detailed solution design, resource allotment, and other specifics; - In charge and responsible for the deployment methodology and tests results; - In charge of the quality, deadlines, budget (P&L) and usage rate of Lifen solution; - Responsible for the product evolution and the analysis of users feedbacks; - Putting in place the training plan for the users with data analysis; - Creation of cross entities process with the support, product, sales & delivery teams; - Managing and developing a team of 3 delivery managers; - Being the interface between the DSI of the different hospitals and Lifen : product feedbacks; - Consolidation and optimization of the ressources in terms of work load and projects priorities.

- Defining the scope & the strategy of the Group transformation project Ariane; - Transform Ariane commitments into operational objectives for the teams, introduce Customer Experience; - Leadership and communication to embark people into the project : change management; - Putting in place KPIs for the quality of products and services within the Group; - Coordinate & lead the different departments associated to the project; - Insure risk & performance management with data analysis.
