As a Product Manager I am responsible for two products of the PeopleDoc HR Service Delivery platform (Case Management, Process Automation and Employee File Management) that helps HR teams more easily answer employee requests on demand, automate employee processes, and manage compliance across multiple locations. 100% SaaS - software as a service, PeopleDoc solutions integrate with existing HR systems, can be implemented in 8-12 weeks, and are designed for agile ongoing use by HR teams serving diverse workforces. PeopleDoc serves more than 1000 clients with employees in 180 countries in 12 languages with a 100% customer retention rate.

Within the Digital Experience Department, made up of 370 experts, constantly on the lookout for new technical innovations and eager to reinvent the experience of millions of subscribers around the world. I was focused as a Product Manager on delivering the best possible experience for users by analyzing user behaviors as well as trends based on data analysis and onnecting all stakeholders impacting the product (front/back-end developers, UI/UX designers, marketing and innovation team) to perform interviews, write specifications, QA and present new features.

As a Product Owner of a product serving around a hundred airlines to analyze their flight data and for which the main stakes relate to calculation performances improvements as well as creating a simpler yet more powerful experience. I identify the main KPIs, drive the inherent teams to shape, support and execute product goals and piloting all development-related projects such as specification, wireframing, QA and reporting.

I was responsible for producing software solutions and services for our customers by developing, maintaining, testing and assuring the quality of the software under consideration of quality specifications and guidelines.

SUEZ is a world leader in smart and sustainable resource management by providing water and waste management solutions that enable cities and industries to optimize their resource management and strengthen their environmental and economic performances. I was responsible for the development of computer software for real-time and optimal management of the water cycle (resource management, production and distribution of drinking water, sanitation and monitoring of the natural environment) from the development to the deployment phase, including technical design phase and QA.
