– Training course of sale: sale of luxury chocolates – Advised the customer in particular the foreign ones (English, Spanish and Arabic people) – Managed the shop (sometimes alone), managed the orders and the stocks

– Organized and coordinated the reception of 4500 eligible candidates (Budget 200K €) to encourage them to choose BEM – Recruited and led 15 pools' managers and 200 staff members – Concepted communication plans & contracts negotiation
