Designed and developed an intelligent web application integrating a RAG-based chatbot for project assistance, KPI analysis, and document search. I handled the full technical and functional architecture, developed the front end (React.js) and back end (Django REST), and integrated Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Graph API, secured with OAuth 2.0. The app includes a dynamic KPI visualization interface from Excel files, a vector search engine for internal document retrieval, and seamless authentication with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Developed a machine learning model to predict stock shortages among Orange Maroc dealers. This involved conducting an exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key variables, selecting and optimizing various machine learning algorithms, and integrating the final predictive model into the company’s operational systems. Automated the data collection and preparation processes, improving the accuracy and timeliness of stock management decisions. The project resulted in a significant reduction in stock shortages, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

During a dynamic 5-week internship at La Société de Gestion du Port de Tanger Ville (SGPTV), I actively participated in important company meetings and gained insights into the overall company operations. My primary responsibility centered around the development of a website for the cultural sites in the city of Tangier. This experience not only allowed me to contribute to the digital presence of cultural landmarks but also provided a comprehensive understanding of the company's functioning.

I undertook a one-month initiation internship at Groupe Renault Maroc, specifically designed to provide an immersive experience into the corporate world, with a focus on the Human Resources department. This opportunity was aimed at delving into the practical aspects of professional life, gaining insights into HR processes, and understanding the organizational dynamics at Groupe Renault Maroc. It served as a valuable experience, contributing significantly to my comprehension of the real-world functioning within a professional environment.
