Manage Projects of development and industrialization of High Voltage Electronic products for OEMs worldwide - Projects: 5 projects (inc. innovation and first worldwide series application), Inverter for Electric Driven Compressor, Order intake >150M€ - Key customers: PSA, Renault-Nissan, Chinese OEMs - Team management: >30 persons in Europe, India and China (R&D, Purchasing, Process, Quality, Sales) - Projects managed from RFQ, serial production successfully launched, financial targets over performed (Gross Margin +5pts vs target)

Manage taskforce multidisciplinary project team (>30 project members) - Crisis management with challenging targets and high stakes - Daily follow-up meetings with top management, weekly reporting to customers top management and Valeo Group executive committee - Taskforce targets achieved within the planning

Project Quality responsible for the development and industrialization of new electronic products - Projects: inverter for Electric Power Steering, German OEMs (Audi, BMW, Daimler, VW), production plants in Europe and China - Customer interface for Quality matters, APQP, PPAP and incidents management (PDCA/FTA, 8D…). Audit production plants and suppliers - High production volumes products launched in serial production, launched a 2nd production line in China
