• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient workflow and team alignment. • Guide the team in understanding and implementing Agile/Scrum principles to improve productivity and adherence to best practices. • Identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent team progress to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly. • Monitor sprint progress and provide updates to stakeholders to keep everyone informed about the project's status and any potential risks.

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 platform, gaining familiarity with its functionalities. • Exposure to real-world applications of D365 in various business processes, such as finance, accounting, sales, and customer service. • Development of problem-solving skills by tackling challenges related to D365 implementation and usage. • Access to mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, facilitating learning and professional growth.

Hands-On Development: Create and customize applications using Power Apps to solve business problems. Automation: Design and implement workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Data Visualization: Utilize Power BI to analyze data and create interactive dashboards and reports. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to gather requirements and understand user needs. Learning and Training: Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and its tools.

I learned about network basics, including an understanding of company networks and how the internet is distributed to customers (business to customer) and among different companies (business to business). For the practical aspect, I worked as a Customer Technical Support, assisting customers experiencing issues with their internet or routing them to appropriate departments for assistance.
