Voodoo is a mobile game publisher company specializing in hypercasual games. I specifically worked on intern B2B adtech tools to help improve quality and users time. What that means: Voodoo facilitates operating marketing through different acquisition channels in an omnichannel way. My biggest responsibility: I think critically, and design to mitigate against risks being introduced into the product. For example, I was in charge of making sure that every flow could be compliant so whenever we want to integrate new networks, rules or canals everything integrate well. Full end-to-end thinking. Strategy | Research | Service Design | UX and UI - VGP is complex product across multiple squads. I create alignment with stakeholders across the product domains using tools such as ecosystem mapping and service blueprinting. - I analyse insights from inbound and outbound data to identify both tactical and strategic opportunities across the ecosystem - Conduct in person research with user acquisition managers and creatives to understand their needs, and how we can optimise our systems to give as much valuable time back to carers - Identifying potential networks safety risks to users (e.g potential ruining the best network campaigns) for multiple users types. - Mentoring other designs and members of product teams -Structured the design team with the QA process, hand-off processes, discovery process, and the design system processes. - Created and maintained design system. - I did also all the testing phases with the different prototypes using tools like Maze to gather feedbacks and take strategic design decisions. - I was also in charge of the discovery phases with the PM, so I defined the Job-to-be-done, I create my personas, starting to create empathy maps and and do user interviews
