Focused on empowering Master 2's-level students in Digital Communication & Data Analysis, my instructional modules are designed to convert data into strategic intelligence. My teaching encompasses: - Mixed-Methods Data Analysis - Social Media Intelligence - Knowledge Management Strategies

I led opsci's research and consulting projects specialized in generative AI and social data analysis. We aim at combining big data collection, machine learning and LLMs to design new interpretive and predictive models of the public opinion trends as well as to develop methodologies and products for specialised and ethical implementation of gen AI in the public and commercial environments. As part of a multidisciplinary team, I manage data scientists and policy analysts, contribute to R&D efforts to enhance technological capabilities, and pioneer LLM technologies for opinion mining and public good internally and for opsci's clients needs. I am equally responsible for developing partnerships with leading European institutions in civic technologies and public opinion research and for managing client accounts in the field of technological and social innovation.

I founded Кот Ученый (Smart Cat) to champion critical thinking and positive parenting through the publication of non-fiction books for children and parents in Russia. I successfully secured initial investment (150k euros), conducted market research, and crafted a comprehensive business plan, encompassing production chain management, marketing strategy, and PR, to ensure our publications effectively attain their audience. The project was suspended due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

My work included managing a project with 1m+ budget to combat female genital mutilation in Ethiopia (in partnership with UNICEF) through implementing offline digital health assistants. In this role, I have also successfully developed, validated by the board and implemented a unified communication and fundraising strategy for the Foundation from scratch, managing a €500k annual budget across Europe and globally.
