I implemented and supervised several IT projects as part of the O365 program, covering approximately 70 departments (around 20,000 people). My responsibilities included: - Defining and monitoring the roadmap. - Presenting projects to all stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in. - Supporting managers in organizing activities and tracking work progress. - Producing dashboards and reports for steering committees.

I worked on the international program related to the relocation of business applications from European subsidiaries (>10 countries) to a Datacenter in France. In particular, I was in charge of monitoring and facilitating the execution of the program, ensuring the commitment of stakeholders and bringing close support to the Project Managers in each country.

I closely liaised with various business departments to ensure careful and efficient management of digital transformation and IT rationalization projects during a demanding takeover of Barclays Bank PLC France by an investment fund. Among other things, my excellent leadership during the task of framing projects maintained the high-quality delivery, while ensuring the correct use of budgets and consistent alignment with the company strategy.

As a member of the Strategy and Governance department of International Retail Banking (IRB), I coordinated and organized exchanges with IRB's international entities. More specifically, I worked on the implementation of an IT governance framework which was aligned to the company's goals. This role encapsulated a wide range of related areas including: technology policy, technical architectures and the management of IT software assets.

Working within the Group Technical Reference department, I was in charge of technical reference architectures at Group level. My role was to define, deploy and ensure the effective application of technical IT standards in almost twenty international entities. I gathered a community of experts on common objectives and assisted managers in the decision-making process by creating dashboards and reports.
