I was responsible for the end-to-end execution of solutions using KofaxRPA/Tungsten Automation and Power Automate. I developed reusable code, conducted integration and end-to-end testing, and maintained technical documentation. I successfully managed several key projects in the insurance, industrial, and hospitality sectors, delivering over 100 automation processes. Additionally, I supported project management, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring the efficient delivery of tailored automation solutions.

During my time as a Trainee at Parâmetro Global, I was involved in various IT maintenance and support tasks, including the execution of device repairs and software/hardware implementations for business management. My responsibilities also included the administration of corporate networks, installation, and maintenance of servers, tailored programming, and managing access permissions for files/documents. I worked with both Windows Server and Linux systems, integrating services to meet client needs.
