• Developed assorted Full automated Huge Banking Modules and Reporting Tools for several different Departments such as (Credit Admin, AML, FATCA, Classification, Fall Back System, Collaterals, Provisions, Trade Finance, Cards, etc.). • Serving on various committees including (Compliance, AML, Electronic Banking, Risk,…). • Serve on external committees where applicable. • Responsible for writing the Banks Policies and Procedures & Quality Control. • Responsible for all Banking systems, Module Customization, Development and Lunching. • Strategized the overall control environment and set up the workflow, Policies and Procedures. • Coordination with the Central Bank for maintaining the standards practices and adhering to Local laws and regulations. • Follow up branches and departments managers to ensure that plans were properly implemented. • Staff Training, Market Benchmark, Consultancy. • Provides operational support to facilitate the ongoing Branches and Department’s needs.
