Certified Public Accountant by training, I have been supporting international groups for more than 30 years with their consolidation and financial reporting challenges. Today, I work as an interim manager, stepping in when companies face periods of transformation, growth, or pressure, where securing financial reporting is critical. Accustomed to complex and multicultural environments, I take responsibility for the reliability of consolidated accounts, compliance with international standards (IFRS, French GAAP, US GAAP, Swiss GAAP), and the optimization of tools (SAP BFC, Tagetik, Magnitude). My role is twofold: to provide immediate solutions to finance departments and to transfer sustainable practices to teams, ensuring that performance continues long after my assignment.

In Switzerland, Synchrotech offers a relevant, high-quality range of management and organizational consulting services, covering performance issues from strategy development to supply chain and customer relationship improvement. Within this structure, my mission is mainly to bring business and functional seniority (application in the tool) to the CPM team (Corporate Performance Management - i.e. consolidation-planning-management-reporting) and particularly in the field of consolidation. Consolidation and reporting duotec Group - SWISS GAAP FER - SAP BPC

After 20 years spent in the consolidation and accounting departments of large companies and audit firms, I decided to found AHP CONSULTANT, an accounting and consulting firm specialized in consolidation. The main missions are : - Processing of complex consolidation operations - Production of consolidated accounts and financial information - Replacement of a consolidation manager for a specific period - Training of teams - Optimization of consolidation processes - Coordination and piloting of projects (change of system and/or accounting reference frame) - Implementation of reporting and other management phases. The "Explosives & Chemicals" Group is a listed Group, specialized in the production of explosives for civil use for 150 years. This Group has diversified into drilling, mining and demolition activities. I was in charge of the Consolidation & Reporting Department of this Group. We produced half-yearly and annual consolidated information in IFRS standards as well as monthly reporting up to the balance sheet.

VINCI CONCESSIONS is the VINCI division that groups together concession activities. These activities include toll freeways, parking lots and infrastructure works such as bridges, airports and the Stade de France. It is within this structure that I was in charge of the consolidated accounts of this sub-group, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group.

Within the Budget and Consolidation Department of the VINCI GROUP: Participation in the implementation phase of the Group information software Magnitude (Cartésis). Participation in the elaboration of the different phases of the Group reporting (annual accounts, quarterly accounts, budgets, recalculations, off-balance sheet), in French standards and IFRS. Direct responsibility for the deployment and consolidation under French and IFRS standards of the "Airport Services" division. Deployment of the IFRS consolidation of the WFS tier (airport services - based in the USA). Deployment of the consolidation under IFRS of the VINCI Construction UK division (based in the UK). Implementation of Magnitude enrichment for the needs of local consolidation in Great Britain.

Assistance, consulting in consolidation and information systems, audit. Assistance to the realization of consolidated accounts in the sectors of real estate (Carat), banking (Carat), communication (Conso Win), insurance (Carat), funeral services (OFA), transport (Carat). Methodological assistance to the planning management in a project of implementation of Carat. Financial audit of the annual consolidated accounts.

Consolidation according to IASC standards. Project to improve procedures and redesign the consolidation package.
