My experience with chat-bot was to select the supplier and integrate the new tool for full fill the Brazilian 2018 regulations for the nonprofit health assurance company CAPESESP. The select company was the Hiplatform.com with the hibot. The mainly work was to provide a knowledge base for the provider and setup the work flows calling our system api to fill in calls to our systems with the chat data and perform the attendance. The choice of the provider in Portuguese language for Brazil was he has integrate other tools in the platform like automation for phone calls, social media and mobile. The team assure by proof of concept with the suppliers that whole solution from the choose the suplier company and the development of the service bus to the ERP will be connect smoothly to third parties by web services in REST and JSON, built according to the business needs. The company has a legacy ERP with many optimization and high performance system in language based in C called Opus which interfaces with architectural file system called Openbase. Thus, many code in Opus which need integration with new systems, so the team developed in PHP a connector for PHPUNIT to made the quality assurance and direct integration to Liferay portal, after that developed a JAVA connector to better interface to any system even another ERP more adhering to the laws in health and insurance like TOTVS. The corporation back office systems in JAVA are made to run in JBOSS 5 server. The service bus in REST JSON made in JAVA are design to work with a Wildfly 8 server to provide an easy flat file communication to the Openbase. The corporation Portal in Liferay deliveries to the main systems for our customers are made in PHP 7. There is also a cordova system to provide a IOS and android experience to the customer systems at our insurance and health plans. The development team has adopted TDD with PHPunit through the use of the cases of uses served in the project vision document and all the rules.

Develope BPM System in Java. Client: Petrobras Development and analysis of the SST system in BPM 12, built following the specifications from Petrobras , available in container Weblogic Portal 10.3 with Jax -RPC WebService Java ODSI 12, consuming and using the Oracle Database 10g integrated with BPM. Development and maintance of the GRATO APMG system and GRATO NC system in BPM 10, built following the specifications from Petrobras and using the Oracle Database 10g integrated with BPM. Development and maintance of the S2 system in Java 6 JNLP SWING with JBOSS in a continuous integration in Jenkins, built following the specifications from Petrobras and using the Oracle Database 10g.

Client: Petrobras Distribuidora Implementing and maintaining integrations between Petrobras Distribuidora systems in Ensemble, Java, BPM, CRM, and SAP to provide the WebServices to meet the enterprise SOA, using the tool of IBM Integration Developer (IID 8.5). Monitor logs, verify integration performance with Introscope, identify errors and delays in test environments, approval and production.

Development and analysis of the SST system in BPM at Petrobras, built following the specifications from Petrobras project management office for accountability and finance services. The SST system is available at Weblogic Portal 10.3 which is a Java EE container with Jax-RPC WebService provide by ODSI which is a tool for data integration, also consuming SAP and using the Oracle Database 10g integrated with BPM.

Development and analysis of SARE AvisoSinistro, system built on the framework of Bradesco Insurance Company (BSAD) Version 2 in WebSphere 5 with EJB and WebService Jax -RPC client consuming Java and COBOL using SQL Server for notice of claims. Development and analysis of SARE ReciboIndenizacao, system BSAD 2 in WebSphere 6 with EJB and WebService client Axis and XFire Java server that uses SQL Server and DB2 as the database for receipt of notice of indemnity claims. Development and analysis PASS - WebService, system BSAD 2 in WebSphere 6 with EJB and WebService consuming COBOL and Java using SQL Server and DB2 as the database to migrate data to the legacy system in visual basic 6 warning claims, release of authority and receipt of financial compensation.
