Website Transformation Programme - Led the migration of the Baileys site, taking ownership of architecture and delivery within a multi-brand platform built on Next.js and Contentful. - Played a key role in the migration of the Guinness site, contributing to frontend architecture and implementation. - Contributed to establishing standards and best practices guiding future migrations across Diageo’s wider digital estate. - Collaborated with product, content and engineering teams to align technical decisions with business and editorial requirements.

Project 1 - Headless eCommerce Platform (Retail) - Led the frontend architecture for a headless e-commerce platform integrated with Contentful and Shopify, supporting multiple regions and localised user journeys. - Established core patterns, components and utilities to bootstrap the platform and accelerate initial delivery of the replatformed experience. - Onboarded and supported client engineers, enabling the team to scale development and maintain consistency across the codebase. Project 2 - Consumer Credit Onboarding (Fintech) - Played a key role in delivering a scalable onboarding experience for UK consumers joining a consumer credit platform. - Worked on complex user flows involving eligibility, data capture and validation, ensuring reliability across multi-step interactions. - Collaborated with product and backend teams to implement robust frontend behaviour aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

In-Store Tills Platform - Worked as a senior engineer on the self-checkout application deployed across 10,000+ lanes. - Delivered features for self-checkout and remote approval workflows, supporting real-world retail operations and edge cases. - Contributed to frontend architecture and improvements to patterns and best practices within a production-critical system. - Participated in a production support rota, diagnosing live issues using logs (Splunk) and reconstructing customer journeys to identify root causes.

Dotcom Platform - Contributed to the development of a component-based rendering layer for their high-traffic news platform, improving reusability and frontend performance. - Led an R&D initiative exploring a personalisation platform for configuring non-core page content based on user account and contribution history. - Worked with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate content targeting approaches, including A/B testing different UX patterns within the existing platform.
