Led the end-to-end design of two mobile applications developed from scratch for Qiddiya City, driving the mobile UX strategy and experience: - Conducted benchmarking and UX audits of leading global theme park and entertainment apps to identify best practices and innovation opportunities. - Designed key product functionalities and the end-to-end mobile experience, aligned with business goals, user needs, and accessibility standards. - Defined product vision, UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for complex use cases. - Contributed to the evolution of the Design System by identifying new component use cases and requesting new components when needed. - Collaborated with cross-functional and international teams including product, technology, design systems, and business stakeholders. - Led and mentored a multidisciplinary UX/UI team, supporting onboarding and professional growth. - Created and maintained UX and design documentation to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across teams and products.

UX Designer at the payments vertical: - Re-design the web product to make it responsive and design the app. - Design new functionalities taking into account accesibility standards and project requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams: UI, business and technology on an international project. - Create design documentation for cross functional teams.
