European marketing content and social media content management for life sciences company.

I am responsible for online content marketing campaigns using Hubspot software for the radiology specific market via social media channels, landing pages, content creation, blog articles, monthly newsletter conversion optimization - in alignment with the medical content team. I set up Hubspot for marketing in alignment with the sales and service teams.

As the Brand Communications Manager, I am responsible for international digital branding and marketing content at Definiens. Using Hubspot marketing software, I manage our digital campaigns, including social media, landing pages, email marketing, and Linkedin advertising. In addition, I create posts for the Definiens Blog as well as materials for Definiens website content. During our tradeshow events, I design and write content for our offline materials such as flyers, postcards, booth messaging, etc. At Definiens, I have spent nearly a year learning about the immunotherapy field and its benefit to patients.

Employed as full-time external employee in the Media Relations department editing and preparing communication content, assisting with various projects including European Inventor Award, Quality Report 2018, Search Matters 2018, etc.

As the English-speaking content manager, my role is to create and manage all of the English content marketing for our company to present medical travel related to dental, medical, and aesthetic treatments in an informative and user-targeted way. In terms of communications and copywriting, I rewrote and rebranded the website using CMS and Transifex software, and continue to create profiles for our increasing number of international partner clinics. From start to finish, I have managed every step of the organic content marketing funnel, starting with SEO keyword research, targeting buyer personas with a wide variety of topical content such as informational treatment pamphlets, Unbounce landing pages (conversion rates averaging 18%), designing email marketing campaigns using Mail Chimp, monitoring with Google Analytics, and assisting with Adwords campaigns. In addition, I facilitate translations from German to English. My helpful blog articles bring website traffic, I share and monitor the company's social media profiles for Twitter, Facebook, Google + Youtube, and Linkedin pages to increase followers, engagement, and awareness (Twitter up by 1700%.) I also compose all online and offline promotional materials in English for B2B and B2C. Lastly, I wrote 2 winning award show entries for IMTJ- International Medical Travel Journal: Best Medical Travel Agency 2016 and Best Medical Travel Website 2016.

*Working student responsible for English language content. I translate and rewrite texts from German to English for press releases, printed material, and external communication for campaigns and trade shows. Content was related to Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technology in particular and its application for industry, automotive and marketing. *Managed social media postings as well as analytics to increase engagement, followers, and shares.

Our class worked to design an online social media campaign to extend global awareness of the FC Bayern brand. Two of my classmates and I researched fan typologies and their social media habits to create an effective globally reaching campaign via social media crowd-created content. I presented my team's initiative to the marketing department of the FC Bayern at the Allianz Arena. The aim was to culturally connect fans to build loyalty and attract new ones via social media channels.

Edited several documents for Goethe Institut Peking, including a pamphlet for their China Education Expo in Beijing 2012, 'Up-On Live International Art Festival', Chengdu, Beijing International Book Fair, Beijing Fringe Festival, and several other cultural events organized by the Goethe Institut Peking.

Wrote several articles monthly on a variety of political, cultural, and economic issues relating to China and the EU. Conducted interviews and compiled stories for the EU-China Newsletter. Proofread documents translated from Chinese or Spanish into English.
