Relationships with major clients/local authorities. President of professional associations and member of national expert groups for defining the rules of the liberalized Swiss electricity market.

Writing up and following up of business plans, market analysis, structuring of sales and after sales network. Sectors: telemedicine, new technologies for road tunnel safety.

General management of the profit center (full P&L), driving the company's growth (doubling of revenue) and post-acquisition integration. Definition and implementation of new commercial strategies in agreement with the 27 subsidiaries of the group. Management of technical and sales teams and optimization of the product range to achieve market leader position.

International expertise as commissioning engineer for turbomachinery in major B2B sectors: aeronautics, oil & gas, energy, metallurgy, chemistry. Field assignments: Commissioning of new installations, training on-site team management, emergency intervention management.
