I worked from the early phases on an agile project for the creation of a loyalty program for a Hungarian multinational oil and gas company spanning multiple countries (HR, SI, HU, CZ, SK). My responsibilities included: - Analysis, design, development, implementation and support for the customer journeys and marketing automations in SFMC: e-mails/websites/sms/push/inbox/viber, automations, audience segmentation, data model, data extensions, AMP script, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, Salesforce Service Cloud) - SFMC administration: SSO setup, Connector setup, users & accesses management - Onboarding & mentoring newcomers - Supporting production environments as the Application Management Services Lead for Marketing Cloud: managing problem tickets, finding the root cause of the issues, development and deployment of solutions, monitoring campaigns, creation of reports, propagation of knowledge regarding the fixes - Hand over the Application Maintenance to our client: presentations, workshops and mentoring to fully transfer the application maintenance responsibilities to the client's internal team - Translation of business requirement to operational/technical solutions: implementation of correct processes according the client needs, establishing healthy processes and relationships with the client, creating high & low level documentation for approval - Running demo sessions and trainings for the client - Day to day activities related to the agile way of working: daily standup meetings, task management in JIRA, creation of documentation in Confluence I also worked on another project for a British fashion company known for luxury leather goods, particularly women's handbags. My activities were: - Migrating emails to Marketing Cloud content builder - Bugfixing and optimizing the email template and content blocks used for emails - Optimizing SQL for audience segmentation - Creation of a framework to streamline the solution design, asset sharing and communication with the client
