I was determined to master front-end development, working around the clock to improve my knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, and CSS. I also studied Solidity, the programming language used to create dApps (Decentralized Applications) and Smart Contracts on the Ethereum Network. By the end of my training, I had completed my first NFT project, Crypto Divas, a Crypto Kitties clone, a cryptocurrency price-tracking website, and a Multisig Wallet.

Ecofrit is a food tech startup, recognized twice by Start-Up Chile, that is transforming the management of used cooking oil with an innovative, sustainable solution. Our proprietary technology converts used oil into a solid, eco-friendly form, aligning with global environmental regulations and circular economy principles. In the past three months, we have expanded our operations, demonstrating strong market demand and adoption in Chile: • Leading hotels have integrated our solution to enhance sustainability and comply with environmental policies. • A growing network of restaurants is reducing its environmental footprint through our waste management approach. • Retailers are now offering our product to the public, driving wider adoption and awareness. • Waste management providers are incorporating our solution into their services for professional kitchens. As Strategic Global Representative, I focus on international expansion and strategic partnerships, positioning Ecofrit as a key player in sustainable food waste management. With increasing global sustainability regulations, our solution offers a scalable, compliant, and cost-effective alternative for the hospitality, food service, and retail industries. I breathed new life into the hotel's wine business, forging powerful partnerships with the pinnacle of the country's vintners. My efforts culminated in a revamped offer, leading to an over 20% sales surge in the first few months. In addition, I nurtured the team's wine expertise, guiding them through the complexities of French and global wines.

I ran La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, where I curated a wine list of more than 500 references worldwide. I organized unforgettable events that energized Paris' wine-drinking culture, with sales increasing by 30% in the first year. As the manager of this thriving wine business, I created a vibrant community of Parisian oenophiles.

Map Wines was my first incursion into entrepreneurship. Its mission was to introduce boutique wines from Latin America to Europe's sophisticated palates. In 2012, I set out to raise awareness of the "New World's" undiscovered wine regions. As a result, I worked tirelessly to create a comprehensive business plan, a thriving marketplace, and a successful sales strategy with exclusive European Union partnerships.

I was invited to participate in the launch of the club as an event planner in the heart of Malasaña neighborhood in Madrid, we promoted experiences about cooking, wine and food tastings, conferences, presentations, and team-building activities.
