I have worked with client business team to identify business requirements for the migration and transformation of metadata and Master Data Records from the legacy system to new Life Sciences environment. Designed and executed migration strategy, as well as created test protocols to support the verification of the migration process and the validation business of the requirements. Executed and evaluated the end-to-end migration processes for all content migrated. I managed business and technical challenges identified during the process verification and business validation. I supported the iterative development process, approval, and implementation of the migration strategy for documents, versions, metadata, and audit history as well as approval workflow information. I produced test protocols to support the verification of the migration processes and the business validation of the requirements. I have managed business and technical issues identified during the development, review, and approval of the end-to-end migration processes and business validation to align with regulatory requirements. Key Contributions: ☛Spearheaded the creation and execution of the formal implementation plan in QA and production environments. ☛Delivered support in the verification and formal approval of the migration process in production system. ☛Maintained communication with QA department to ensure full alignment with all regulatory requirements. ☛Assisted enhancement and validation of the migration tools as well as provided resolution of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) identified during production go live.
