Lefebvre Dalloz France – LegalTech & Publishing Sector As part of the Strategy and Partnerships Department, I was responsible for designing and orchestrating transversal governance across seven concurrent transformation programs deployed simultaneously across business and IT in France. Key contributions and achievements: • Redesigned the cross-program governance model, breaking down silos between seven transformation streams and aligning them under a unified decision and communication framework. • Established the weekly Cross-Program Committee (CIP) with Strategy, IT, and Program Directors — a 90-minute structured alignment forum based on a one-slide reporting format to enhance visibility, alignment, and accelerate execution. • Launched the Customer Experience Committee (CEC) with Sales and Customer Care leaders to validate business requirements and design choices upstream of IT delivery — ensuring fluid customer journeys, higher business value, and alignment with the company’s commercial growth strategy while reducing rework between business and IT. • Facilitated monthly Business Alignment Seminars bringing together the CEO, Executive Committee, IT, Strategy, and Program Directors to align product delivery priorities with strategic and customer experience outcomes. • Actively supporting the transition from a program-based model to a product management mindset, in close collaboration with the CIO and Head of Strategy, defining the IT operating model and building sustainable governance and delivery practices.
