Évaluation rapide de la structure du projet, de sa gouvernance, des priorités, des dépendances et des écarts d’exécution Renforcement de la gouvernance projet, du suivi de la feuille de route et du reporting managérial Coordination des parties prenantes entre les équipes métiers, technologiques et internationales Identification des risques, dépendances et actions nécessitant l’attention du management Mise en place d’un suivi renforcé et d’une meilleure responsabilisation des parties prenantes Accompagnement du projet dans le passage de la phase de planification et de coordination à une exécution efficace

Design RESTful APIs in alignment with business requirements and technical architecture. · Validate automation tests and manage test data preparation for robust quality assurance. · Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and actionable user stories. · Coordinate efforts across local and remote (offshore) teams to ensure consistent delivery and alignment. · Manage and coordinate cross-functional topics, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams. · Collaborate with tech leads and solution architects to handle complex technical subjects and ensure architectural alignment. · Act as a project manager by maintaining an IT roadmap that tracks project status, resource allocation, and risks.

• Designing and implementing robust, fit-for-purpose standards, techniques, and tools for effective project management and guarantee uniformity in deliverables and artifacts throughout all projects: Azure, PLSQL, Java,Node, Flutter, Python, PowerBI, Ksh, Ansible, Kubernetes.. • Budget supervision, KPI close follow up. • Analysis of functional and technical daily issues (continuously improving the responses quality and timing). • Contributing to the prioritization and planning of work with stakeholders. • Writing Functional Design Documents and distributing them for validation with sponsors. • Researching functional solutions and studying technical feasibility. • Conceiving solutions: scoping, needs analysis, adequacy study, customer workshops facilitation, business process modeling, Adequacy and specification files drafting.

· Archiving Software Editor based on Java and Postgres. · Budget supervision ,KPI close follow-up and reports to Division Head directly. · Accompaniment of clients and participation in all stages of the project. · Framing, defining of technical architecture. · Writing project documents. · Coordination of teams. · Management of schedules ,client acceptance.
