– Lead all aspects of the coordination and completion of most strategic IT programs; spread over several parallel projects and spans over several months (years), involving 150+ contributors (mainly product managers, software engineers, QA's and Partners). – Planning of efforts with expectations set and managed along the way. – Stakeholders' alignment among business goals, business value, workstreams & prioritization – Schedule, capacity, interdependencies and risks control management. – Facilitation of operational committees and progress report during steering committees. – Contribute building new department; set up of new processes based on existing situation with new regulatory constraints and technical limits to implement new organizational standards (Agile) / tools (Jira).

– In charge of the 'Financial Strength' module gathering scores (on financial risk, reputational risk on ESG matters, environmental score, merchant risk, etc.) present in several of Bureau van Dijk's products, from Orbis (worldwide biggest database) to Credit Catalyst and other international or national databases (Bel-First, etc.). – Effective collaboration with information providers to define business needs, liaise and align with sales teams to prioritize features development roadmap. – Engaging with technical teams to navigate practical constraints. – Requirements drafting based on information gathered and synthesized from all impacted teams. – Swift resolution of impediments by seeking compromise to facilitate consensus among project team members, ensuring the achievement of project goals within deadlines and quality standards, all while addressing client requirements and adhering to technical constraints. – Monitoring and testing of features with internal teams to ensure timely execution and accurate results. – In addition: lead the improvement of the new joiners' training program, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to provide a comprehensive understanding of interdependencies and equipping new hires with specific job-ready knowledge. Expanded the program's success to other departments, streamlining content and schedules for improved efficiency.

– End-to-end responsible for the Dutch products of the company. – Close collaboration with information providers and internal teams (sales, clients support, design, DEV, QA) to draft requirements analysis for implementing new features / new datasets, along with prioritizing the backlog. – Close follow-up with developers to monitor implementations and timely delivery. – Test implementations to match expected results and high-quality standards.

– For the European product (Amadeus), write analysis based on clients' needs in collaboration with technical teams based on clients' feedback. – Manage implementations and test to deliver high quality product within established timeframe.
