• Market research: o Customer needs assessment: research into the customer needs for specific industries such as e-commerce, automotive, life sciences & healthcare and high-tech using primary and secondary research methods and voice of the customer. o M&A: Supported M&A activities with extensive market knowledge and competitive intelligence as well as primary and secondary market research. • New service offer design using customer experience design techniques such as persona and customer journey mapping to design new service features to be handed over to the Product Development team. • Strategy: created mid- to long-term strategic roadmaps based on my extensive market knowledge and competitive intelligence. Advocated trend radar methodology, transforming the team culture from reactive benchmarking to visionary planning. • Process improvement: selected and implemented a central SaaS platform for market and competitive intelligence (CI). This significantly improved the CI monitoring process as well as the collaboration within the CI team.

As a transition into a career change, I supported the Sports Marketing team in their day-to-day activities. Achievements: • I led the creation of an online shop for FedEx - BMW WilliamsF1 merchandising in collaboration with an external agency. • I managed the merchandising stock related to F1 sponsorship. • I wrote all communications around F1 merchandising to colleagues and business partners. • I developed support material for internal and external Marketing events.
