Talent Management : General HR support and advisor for 180 employees. In charge of internal HR communication. Legal monitoring. Recruitment & HR allocation: in charge of the end to end process for STO and his subsidiary Beissier. Hired profiles : sales, R & D, purchising profiles, Business Unit Managers, directors, accountants, credit managers. Ensured New Hire Welcoming process. Created and implemented employee succession and manpower plan. Career management and development. External relations : first contact for business schools, universities and job partners. Recruitment reporting . Training Plan : Created the yearly training plan and negotiated with the Work Council for Sto and his subsidiary, combined appropriate training schemes to optimize the allocated budget (intra, CIF, DIF, professionalization period) in regards to the collective agreements and the company’s strategy. Identified, analyzed and prioritized the training needs, assisted managers with the selection of external training programs. Defined training’s content with training providers. Training Provider’s selection and negotiation. Reporting.

Talent Management : General support and advisor for 200 collaborators. Main contact for business schools and universities. Managed the partnership, recruited and followed the trainees progress. Social medias partnership developement (LinkedIn, Viadeo, Apec, Monster, Cadremploi et Cadresonline). HR Administration, labor medecine . Recruitment : responsible for the end to end process in French and English. Supported the country manager in deciding and maintaining organization. In charge of new employees integration. Hired profiles : engineers, technicians, shared services staff. HR Allocation : introduced and followed the activity at the local and international level. Training : collected training needs, analyzed and adapted to strategy combined appropriate training schemes to optimize the allocated budget of 115K€. Managed trainings.
