After a year abroad, I joined the luxury hospitality team at Le Massif in Courmayeur, covering multiple guest-facing roles: Discovery Assistant (my favorite!): I curated cultural and outdoor experiences as part of the sport concierge team. Guest Relations: I ensured top-tier service and a seamless guest journey in coordination with the front desk. Front Desk Agent: I deepened my understanding of hotel operations and tech tools during the winter season.

This experience sparked my passion for communication, new media, and emerging technologies. I strengthened my computational thinking and problem-solving skills, and became proficient with Office tools and daily communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and email. What I valued most was being in an environment of constant information sharing and staying updated on current events — a mindset I believe is key to building great companies.
