As the sole product designer and full-time full-stack developer at MeetMatch, I was responsible for both designing and coding web and mobile SaaS solutions on a daily basis. I created dynamic, data-driven interfaces, dashboards, and backend features, seamlessly integrating design with development. I collaborated across all departments—including product, engineering, sales, and marketing—supporting each team where needed to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions. Led end‐to‐end UX for multi‐platform event & analytics tools; owned discovery -> delivery cycles with PM/Eng. Shipped data‐dense dashboards (Highcharts/D3/Chart.js), real‐time maps (Mapbox), and complex settings UX. Built a modular design system to accelerate feature delivery and reduce UI inconsistencies across 3 products. Drove accessibility upgrades (WCAG 2.1), usability testing loops, and KPI reviews with C‐level & ops teams.
