The CLORA has been set up to facilitate the actions of the French public research stakeholders towards the EU institutions, in the fields of research, technology, innovation and training. • Definition of a graphic charter for all the supports of communication (website, creation of booklets, logos, invitations, greating cards, powerpoint backgrounds....); • Design and management of the website www.clora.net: the objective of this site was to disseminate all information (legislation, financial assistances, lobbying...) regarding the European Union; o New graphism (photoshop); o Integration and programming (HTML, CSS, PHP…) ; o Webmarketing : referencing, promotion of the site and follow-up of the traffic. This website is now a working tool for 8000 people who visit it weekly; • Administrating the mailing lists and sending the newsletters; • Organization of events (conferences, cocktails...); • Creation and update of a « guests » database. In charge of the communication of IGLO (Informal Group of RTD Liaison Offices in Brussels for EU RDT), an international organization of which CLORA was an active member (until 1st of march 2007) • Definition of a graphic charter for the website and the booklets; • Design, conception and update of the website www.iglortd.org. This is an English website used to present IGLO and its various member organizations. Contact with the subcontractors for hosting the sites and the local servers. Maintenance and follow-up of the network and the local host (Linux): creation of the email addresses, put in networks and configuration for the new computers. Helpdesk (power point, front page, excel, outlook…).
