The Mauritian subsidiary was aiming the developing its sales. – Worked with the team to implement Prospection & Business Development Best Practices. – Implemented Hubspot and converted into this CRM all business leads and customers. – Trained the team to use CRM functionality to prospect efficiently and improve customer conversion.
