North America HR Director, managing all HR functions for retail (11 boutiques), back office and after-sales population - Lead organizational design and strategy within a fast-growing luxury retail company: restructuring, opening / closing of boutiques and launch of a new market - Build a culture of diversity, trust, collaboration, empowerment and internal growth resulting in successful succession planning and high retention rate - Manage all HR operationnal aspects: payroll, benefits, ER, legal, performance review, P&L and budgets, etc. - Reinforce Talent Acquisition & Development strategy, implementing inclusive and diverse recruitment process. - Design and facilitatation of leadership coaching programs aligned with company values and support a management and culture change
