Established in 2006, Stanwell Consulting is a strategy and organization consulting firm specializing in Financial Services (banking and insurance). In my role as manager, I led the following missions: • Scoping and organization of a seminar for senior executives of a major French banking group around the digital transformation and design of a specific mobile application • Participation in the creation of a mobile payment application: strategy roadmap to 2025, proposal and design of new use cases increasing the value proposition, management of data scientists and designers • Blue Circle (organization aiming to make big corporates and startups work together): responsible for the organization of the first thematic afterwork on IOT then on AI ​​as well as the first annual event, with the organization of more 700 pre-qualified speed meetings

• Optimization of the distribution network's assistance including valuation of earnings linked to optimisation levers (self-care, ticketing, knowledge management, Erlang optimization ) • Elaboration of a diagnosis aimed at developing means of payment distribution within the Group's network • Support of a CEO in managing a transformation both in terms of organization and business model • External and staff cost reduction : structuration of two cost reduction plasn for two major players of consummer Finance in France and realisation of the associated business case • Elaboration of a 5-year business plan with smarket izing and selection of potential growth relays (competitor analysis and regulatory framework) for a joint-venture • Development of a change management toolbox for a mutliple country projet roll-out including methodologies, best practices and 16 automated and integrated tools • Processes optimisation and industrialisation of a collection company with the identification of more than 140 optimisation levers and valuation of the associated gains

• Analysis and rating of major French companies and subsidiaries. • Assessment of transactions and their risks (plain vanilla FI, swaps, syndicated loans…). • Determination of profitability of transactions and their economic capital consumption. • Preparation of pitches for business development manager. • Presentation of transactions to associates, directors and managing directors.

• Credit Analyst in the Russia/CIS team: - Analysis and rating of companies, banks and transactions, and negotiation with business lines. - Participation in ISDA / CSA contracts and negotiation process • Monitoring secondary market positions for the EEMEA team: - Monitoring of traders’ positions on a daily basis and implementation of secondary market limits. - Improvement of the secondary market position monitoring process with IT and market risk team. - Production of a reporting tool and of a monitoring guide.
