– Rehabilitation of a Critical Application: We inherited an application initially developed suboptimally by an outsourcing company. Despite budget constraints, we implemented crucial fixes to address major issues, enabling the deployment of the product, even though it wasn't fully finalized. – Performance Optimization: Despite challenges, we significantly improved the application's performance. The initial 17-second first-page display time was reduced to less than a second, resulting in an impressive increase in the rating on the two major app stores, jumping from 1 to 3.7. – Constant Evolution: Through our unwavering commitment to excellence, the application is in constant evolution, now being used by approximately 20,000 users. This growing adoption attests to our ability to transform a troubled project into a continuous success. – Revolution of Best Practices: We introduced coding best practices where they were initially nonexistent, instilling rigorous technical discipline. Overhauling the technological stack with modern technologies such as React, Redux, RTK Query, Capacitor with Ionic, Sass, and Jest enhanced code stability and maintainability. – Optimization of Development and Release Processes: Recognizing the importance of effective project management, we reviewed and improved all development and deployment processes. This facilitated smoother collaboration and faster delivery of features. – Concurrently, I also led an outstanding project: implementation of an Advanced Back Office Project. – In summary, these experiences have allowed me to develop essential skills in technical leadership, complex problem-solving, and critical project management.

– Core Team: Actively participated in brainstorming and designing the architecture of ManoMano's new mobile-first application, focusing on pixel perfection, responsiveness, and optimal performance, embracing cutting-edge technologies. – Efficient implementation of micro frontends, ensuring a modular and scalable architecture. – Feature Team "Merch & Promo": Served as an evangelist for best practices and code quality, playing an essential role in adopting high standards within the new application. – Developed innovative features for pages with high constraints, such as those generating intense traffic. – Conducted rigorous unit testing, with a minimum coverage of 80%, along with performance tests via Lighthouse. – Ensured monitoring through Datadog and Sentry, and effectively managed operational CI/CD by GitlabCI. – My ability to work within diverse teams, tackle varied challenges, and ensure high standards of quality and performance attests to my significant contribution to the growth and continued success of ManoMano in the European e-commerce sector. – Experience in addressing mobile conversion challenges was particularly impactful, highlighting my proficiency in successfully addressing critical obstacles.
