Power business analyst on short-term optimisation topics. Product Owner for the MAIA project. The project involves creating an application to optimize gas power plants for the Total group in France and Belgium, in order to bid on Day-Ahead markets. Responsibilities include writing functional specifications, managing the project using Agile methodologies 4 developers and 1 BA, and handling testing and documentation.

• Intraday trading expert : o creation of detailed specifications for the intraday trading software (M7). o Functional referent for intraday continuous trading. • Participating in several launch of new EPEX functionnalities : new tradable product, new solutions for trading, new risk parameter for clearing purpose... • Perform analyzes in python for various topics : trades, orders, REMIT reports...

• Management of a 6 people team (4 data analysts & 2 dev). • Creation of multiple data pipelines to integrate all TSO/DSO data on a daily basis (2 To SQL DB): consumption files, spot & balancing prices, auxiliary services, power plant market bidding, power & gas market deals ... • Participating in data pipelines implementation for spot trading strategy, wind and solar panel consumption forecast. • Creation of API calls (RTE, ENEDIS, external data providers). • Creation of scripts in python to handle various topics: data cleaning, Power BI visualization of data consumption, extracting and reading JSON and XML files, energy management analysis (ARENH & Capacity mechanism).

Main position: Wattson project, leading the Logistic pricing team ( 2 dev & 1 BA) : • Creation of an electricity network tariffs optimization function (TURPE) for all ENGIE's clients • Computation of invoicing parameters as ARENH, Capacity Remuneration Mechanism, CEE or network tariffs for all ENGIE’s group clients Others activities: Business analyst on the Energy Data team: • Creation of energy data services for ENGIE'S client: power exceeding alert, technical energy data display: reactive energy, subscribed power load... • Conception and management of energy data acquisition : computation, storage and exposition for all ENGIE group Regulatory referent for “Entreprises & Collectivités” business unit: • Strong involvement in CRE’s (Commission de Régulation de l'Energie) working groups • Public consultations responses for ENGIE on several economical regulation topics

- Define and improve the economic mechanisms of the French electricity transmission tariffs, especially about grid losses, quality of supply, R&D and auxiliary services - Define and improve the regulatory framework of the French national high voltage electricity grid tariffs - Regulation of energy purchases of RTE (pricing of options and futures in order to apply the incentive regulation of energy purchases) on financial markets - Collaboration and working group with several international commissions (Taiwan, China, Georgia)

- Pricing of electricity & gas contracts for industrial clients and tertiary sector companies for "Total Energie Gaz" - Develop and maintain pricing tools (such as budget, Arenh or capacity calculator) in VBA - Technical support and formation about electricity markets for all the business units (electricity derivatives, market mechanisms and pricing) - Analysis and optimization of electricity contracts for industrial clients

- Achieved growth and sales targets in electricity supply contract (about 450k of sales margin / year + 8% in 2017 ) towards industrial customers -Developed and sustained the relationship of targeted accounts on a national basis (portfolio of 510 GWh of electricity) - Developed sales monitoring tools in VBA for the Sales department - Provides electricity market analysis to the customers on a daily basis

- Contributed in response to public tenders for electricity and gas supply ( local authorities, hospitals, regional council) - Produced a weekly competitive intelligence brief issued to all the Sales Department - Collaboration with sales managers to create and improve data tools for Sales forces (Excel & VBA)

- Prospection commerciale dans le but de racheter des centrales hydroélectriques: contacts téléphoniques, rendez-vous, négociation jusqu’à la signature du contrat - Prospection commerciale de nouveaux clients particuliers/professionnels de fourniture d’électricité dans la région Picardie, - Elaboration d’argumentaires commerciaux après étude de la loi NOME. - Prospection commerciale dans le but de racheter des moyens de production en énergie renouvelables (projets de méthanisation d'envergures, éolien, hydrauliques...)
