- Taught and shared knowledge about CI/CD processes and DORA practices (e.g., Trunk-based Development, Feature Flags, etc.) to a cross-functional team of 7 members delivering under a B-to-B multi-tenant portal, driving exposure to both the development and management teams on common practices to resolve emerging inefficiencies in parallel software integration and delivery in a multi-tenant context; - Led and developed a new integration and acceptance testing process-flow in a B-to-B multi-tenant environment, leveraging a Trunk-based Development MVP approach, preventing a tenant blocking another and reducing the Cycle Time by over 30%; - Improved the MVP for the new CI/CD process-flow to integrate Release Branches, resolving defects and inconsistencies from parallel implementations in a multi-tenant context, streamlining concurrent acceptance testing, and reducing the Change Failure Rate by over 15% as well as the overall Lead Time; - Drove exposure to refinements on the process-flow MVP, to replace Branching for Release with Feature Flags as next steps, resulting in the adoption of this enhancement to cut release workflow costs and delivery complexity; - Reduced context-switching issues and knowledge silos, by proposing a role-based collaboration (integrators/carriers/fire-fighters), rotational by sprint cycles, reducing response-times to stakeholders' requests, and propagating knowledge and experience towards every team member; - Led pairing sessions, by sharing knowledge and learnings about our B-to-B multi-tenant Portal's Technical Stack and legacy codebases and configurations, preventing sub-team reliance; - Collaborated with PO and stakeholders to split spikes and epics into focused and independent tasks and USs, preventing integration interdependencies and streamlining parallel development. - Proposed and led the adoption of a legacy JSON-based configurator to streamline some tenants' UI/UX customization requests, reducing lead times by over 40%.

- Developed, maintained, and aided in the scaling of a Micro Apps suite and Marketing Site (using JS/TS, Next.js, and Strapi), in a Micro-Frontends architecture, supporting the customer acquisition funnel toward the main platform; - Leveraged Strapi (headless CMS) to manage content integration across the Marketing Site and developed micro-applications. Centralized its API integration using the Next.js/TS stack, improving content update efficiency and operational predictability. - Collaborated closely with product and design teams to iterate on feature scope and UX, helping shape tools used by thousands of daily visitors; - Supported platform reliability and maintainability by proactively resolving production issues, ensuring a consistent and fluid user experience.
