Je suis consultant IT / manager de transition, spécialisé dans les projets de transformation digitale. J'accompagne les directions générales et les directions des systèmes d'information dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de leur stratégie IT, en tenant compte des enjeux métiers, techniques, organisationnels et humains. Mon objectif est de favoriser les projets de transformation, en proposant des solutions adaptées, en mobilisant les équipes et en assurant le suivi des résultats. Je suis passionné par les nouvelles technologies, le management, et la pédagogie.

Manager des équipes de BizDev, pre-sales et delivery (30 ETP). En responsabilité d'un P&L de 120 M€. Développement de solutions d'hyperconvergence, de stockage et sauvegarde.

Manager of the following teams: - OPS project managers (10 FTE) - OPS process & quality (14 FTE) - Network (6 FTE) - ServiceNow expertise team (10 FTE) - also indirectly managing external teams (nearshore and offshore in India) Budget > 15M € I started the complex integration of ServiceNow at Accor 5 years ago. After 5 years, 4 modules have been deployed : ITSM, CSM, ITOM & ITBM. More than 2000 fulfillers (back office users) and more than 200K end-users using our different portals (ITSM or CSM) in 110 countries and 8 languagues. Using ITOM module, we discover CI on prem or in the cloud and link them to applications using the service mapping. We also correlate events coming from different monitoring tools to create proper incidents and run auto-remediation tasks. Using ITBM, 800 users are time tracking. So we better follow our projects. Manager of Digital Workplace Team - Identity (Azure AD, AD, SSO, ...) - Modern workplace (InTune, ZeroTrust, ...) - Collaborative tools (0365, ...)
